Election Commission DecisionsWhen a candidate is in violation of the USG Election Bylaws, the guidelines of the Election Commission, or the USG Constitution, or the Election Commission receives a complaint regarding a campaign or receives a request for a ruling on specific matters, the Election Commission will discuss and rule on the matter in question. Details of those decisions will be posted below. Appeals of Commission decisions must be made to the Election Commissioner within two class days of the decision. Final decisions of the Election Commission can only be overturned by a two-thirds majority vote of members of the USG General Assembly.
