Access Services
Located in the basement of Crawford Hall. Go here to replace a lost ID, retrieve your RTA Pass, Get tickets as well as a host of other services. See "free stuff" below.

Career Center
Located on the second floor of Sears. Offers job search help, resume and CV counseling, mock job interviews, and more. Visit their website for more services.

Cashier's Office
Have a petty cash voucher or need to pay tuition? Visit the cashier's office in the basement of Yost.
Pick up student employment checks however on the 4th floor of Yost in the Student Employment Office. 

Counseling
Students who need someone to talk to or would like counseling in a variety of areas have a variety of resources from counseling services to the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women. Programs include staying at the recovery house and even some free counseling sessions at UH. If you or someone you know needs help, there are always people here to help. Just ask.

ESS
Stands for Educational Services for Students and is located on the 4th floor of Sears. Offers tutoring, mentoring, SI sessions, and more. For a list of all services, go here .

Financial Aid
To view financial aid status or accounts receivable to see your billing information log into briefcase or view the information through the SIS system .

Freedman Center
The Freedman Center consists primarily of three service areas:
Digital Library Services
Language Learning Services

Multimedia Services
Special Programs

In addition to providing in center services, digital video cameras, digital voice recorders, and digital still cameras can be borrowed for up to two days.

Kelvin Smith Library
Located next to Thwing Center, the Kelvin Smith Library is the main library supporting the teaching and research of Case Western Reserve University, with a focus directed to the College of Arts and Sciences, the Case School of Engineering, and the Weatherhead School of Management. KSL offers many services such as research databases, book reservations, poster printing, interlibrary loan, rooms for reserve, an International News Commons, and more. Other Case libraries such as the University Archives (in the Bioenterprise Building), the Kulas Music Library (in Haydn Hall), and the Astronomy Library (in the Sears Building) are all a part of KSL. The Kelvin Smith Library is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with accessibility at night with use of a caseID.

PerceptIS
PerceptIS handles IT support for Case Western Reserve University. The call center is free and open 24x7. Level two technicians are on campus to handle escalated cases. On-site service is available.

All students, staff, and faculty receive one free Walk In Center visit per year.

SOURCE
The goal of the SOURCE office is to assist and prepare students to engage in research and creative endeavors, and to guide and, where appropriate, to supplement institutional, departmental, and divisional work with this effort. All this means that the SOURCE office is here to help students learn about UR-CE (undergraduate research and creative endeavors) and opportunities, to assist faculty members in posting opportunities, assist with funding, and to facilitate the celebration of UR-CE activities.

Student Employment
A department within the Office of Financial Aid and is located on the 4th floor of Yost Hall (410A). They serve students seeking part-time employment on and off campus during the academic year and summer term.

University Health Services
Health Services provides their services to every student, regardless of the insurance plan you have.   The services provided are on an appointment basis only, except in cases of emergency (which could mean a insect sting or something like that!) As well as general medicine, UHS has specialty clinics in dermatology, allergies, immunizations, and women’s health.  If you have other needs, they will be happy to find a physician to refer you to.  There is always a person on-call for emergency after hours help, as well.

Veale
The main athletic facility on campus. Offers facilities for racketball, tennis, basketball, swimming, weight room, cardio room, volleyball. Also maintains Adelbert Gym. Requires Case ID to enter.
